Uninstalling the Plugin (BC365)
uninstall the app in the search bar, search for " extension management " locate the plugin on the list of extensions there may be multiple copies of the app file for each update you have done you can filter the page to locate the latest version once you have located the app, you can click uninstall it will now you prompt you to delete the plugin remove permissions in the search bar, search for "users" find the user you would like to grant access to the plugin and select them remove bank feeds to remove the bank statement import format from a bank account, go under cash management → bank accounts and open the bank account under the transfer tab, clear the value from the bank statement import format field once that is compelteed, the box should be empty you will need to repeat this for every account that had a format selected
