business central allows users to select different "roles" these roles have different navigation menu options for users, highlighting different modules dependent on the role currently, these are the roles which show the plugin in the navigation bar accountant accounting manager ap coordinator bookkeeper business manager team manager the plugin currently does not support custom created roles how to change your role click on the gear icon from anywhere in business central next, click on my settings click on the three dots beside role select a role from the list below after you have selected, click ok click ok your business central environment will now refresh you will now see the navigation bar change to your newly selected role you will also see the plugin available for this selected role
