bank feeds installation & general questions/errors the account matching page does not load the accounts from my accounting system please confirm you have bank accounts configured in your accounting system no other types of accounts will be shown on this page common errors i have successfully connected an account for bank feeds, but i am not receving any transactions from past x days there could be various reasons causing this issue no recent transactions it's possible that your bank hasn't sent any new transaction data to fispan for the selected date range outdated account mapping if you recently updated your account mappings in the account matching page, you need to update your bank feeds outdated mappings can prevent transaction data from flowing correctly to resolve this, follow the steps in the managing outdated accounts section under disconnect bank feeds page of the product guide authentication issue the authentication between fispan and your xero organization may have broken to fix this, please re authenticate the connection you can find instructions in the "configuration" section of the product guide do i get an email confirmation when the bank feeds data is pushed to my xero organization? no, currently we don't send any email confirmation after pushing bank feeds data to your xero organization what time does the automatic import of my bank transactions trigger? when to expect transactions initial setup if you're setting up the connection for the first time, we'll push transactions right away based on the data availablility from your bank after setup once the connection is established, we typically deliver pdr transaction between 4 am and 5 am pst each day however, there are a few factors that can affect the timing processing delays if an error occurs during processing, we'll automatically retry sending the transactions, which may cause a slight delay bank delays the timing also depends on when we receive the transactions from your bank delays from your bank can affect when you see data in xero enabling bank feeds errors i tried to enable a bank account, however i received this error " invalid account the account specified in the request is not valid " this error indicates a currency mismatch between the bank account in xero and fispan verify the currency set for this account in xero, and then contact our support team to update the currency in fispan once updated on fispan side, please proceed with enabling bank feeds for this account i tried to enable a bank account, however i received this error " external id or bank accountid already exists external id or bankaccountid already exists in accountsync with id \[value]" the bank account you're attempting to enable is already linked to bank feeds through a different fispan account to resolve this, disconnect any outdated bank feed connections (refer to 'managing outdated accounts' within the 'disconnect bank feeds' section of the product guide) and then retry enabling if the problem persists, please contact support with the complete error message i tried to enable a bank account, however i received this error " feed connection failed the accounttoken, accountnumber or accountid is already connected to another xero bank account in the selected xero organisation " this xero bank account is already connected to bank feeds through another provider, outside of fispan to resolve this, determine which provider is currently connected and disable the connection then, retry enabling bank feeds through fispan if the issue continues, please contact support with the complete error message i tried to enable a bank account, however i received this error " unable to authenticate to xero" this error occurs when the connection between your xero organization and fispan is broken, please reauthenticate the connection steps are listed under configuration folder in the product guide once reauthenticated, proceed with enabling an account disconnecting bank feeds errors i tried to disconnect a bank account, however i received this error " unable to authenticate to xero" this error occurs when the connection between your xero organization and fispan is broken, please reauthenticate the connection steps are listed under configuration folder in the product guide once reauthenticated, proceed with disconnecting an account
