important netsuite account ids on sandbox environments will end with sb# if you are a production user, please ensure that you are copying over the account id from your production environment into the wizard find account id in netsuite go to setup → company → company information within the company information page you can find your account id add id to installation wizard copy the account id and paste it into the netsuite account id field within the installation wizard once complete, select next step
