Viewing Bank Statements (BC365)

the bank statements feature allows you to see previous and intraday balances directly from your bank accounts in near real time you can also export this data in a business central friendly csv file to use for reconciliation viewing bank accounts balances & transactions from anywhere in business central, you can navigate to the bank statement page click on cnb and then bank statements to load the page on the bank statements page, you will see a summary of balances for the bank accounts connected to the plugin to view the transactions in detail, click on the account name the transactions page will now load on this page you will see an account overview, which will list the number of payments and the value of those payments processed by the plugin this month and the previous month you can also view your balances on this screen and switch to other accounts if you would like to view more details about a transaction on this page, select the date this will create a pop up that will bring up details about the transaction the information shown on this page may differ depending on what information your bank provides about each transaction you can also filter this page to view transactions of a specific date range select show filters and enter a date range you can also click export which will export the transaction into a csv you can use this file to reconcile you accounts or for your records
