From anywhere in Business Central, you can navigate to the Payment Methods page to configure this setting. Click on

The screen will then reload and all the toggles will be updated to match the status you selected. From here, you can turn off specific vendors. 

For Remittance, you can select the gear icon in the column to open the pop-up.
