Our Onboarding and Support teams help clients get started and remain supported. As the partner, you may wish to be involved in that flow or require additional assistance. The links below will help you seek that information.
The Product Guide is the place where your client is able to get the most answers. A comprehensive setup guide, in case your client is onboarding for the first time, is for example listed.
- Go over the support guides. Support guides are bank-dependent. If you do not have access to your client's bank support guide, contact us at [email protected], and we will be happy to share the guide with you.
- Contact support. If you are still having issues, feel free to contact our support team at [email protected]. We are open from 5:00AM – 5:00PM (Pacific Time) and are always happy to jump on a call to troubleshoot.

Login to the FISPAN portal. This is where you can initiate a Production connection, update your plugin, and match your bank accounts. This is all in production.
Login to Sandbox. This is where you can initiate a Sandbox connection and match your bank accounts.
