There could be various reasons causing this issue:

No, currently we don't send any email confirmation after pushing bank feeds data to your Xero organization.

For New Connections

If you just set up the connection, you don't need to wait. We will push your requested transaction history to Xero immediately based on the data availability from your bank.

After Connection Setup

Going forward, you can expect your transactions to appear in Xero early in the morning, typically between 4 AM and 5 AM PST.

When trying to enable a bank account, receiving this error indicates a currency mismatch between the bank account in Xero and FISPAN. Verify the currency set for this account in Xero, and then contact FISPAN Support to update the currency in FISPAN. Once updated on the FISPAN side, please proceed with enabling bank feeds for this account.

If you encounter this error when enabling an account, it indicates that the bank account is already linked to Bank Feeds via a different FISPAN account. To resolve this conflict, you must first disconnect the existing connection. Please follow the steps outlined in the Managing Outdated Accounts section of the Disconnecting Bank Feeds guide. Once the account is disconnected, you can try enabling it again. If you continue to face issues, please contact FISPAN Support with the specific error details.

If you receive this error, it means the selected Xero bank account is already connected to a bank feed through an external provider (not FISPAN). To resolve this, you must first identify the conflicting provider within Xero and disable that connection. Once the account is disconnected from the provider, you can retry enabling the bank feed through FISPAN. If you continue to experience issues, please reach out to FISPAN Support.

If you see this error while trying to disconnect an account, it indicates that the integration between Xero and FISPAN is broken. To resolve this, you must re-authenticate the connection using the instructions found in the Configuration section of the product guide. Once the connection is re-established, you may proceed with disconnecting the account.
