Disconnect Bank Feeds (Xero)
if you would like to disable any of your connected accounts from bank feeds, head to the https //sys fispan live/login you used to register for an account with fispan when you installed the plugin login into the portal and once logged in, select the “ … ” that appears on the top right corner of xero module and select manage bank feeds disconnect bank feeds disconnecting bank feeds follow these steps to disconnect bank feeds from your bank account locate accounts to disconnect on the bank feeds setup page, connected accounts are indicated by a blue bar alternatively, use the enabled accounts filter to view only connected accounts disconnect account hover over the connected account a disconnect account icon will appear click the icon a confirmation pop up will appear click yes, disconnect account to proceed account disconnected after a successful disconnection, a pop up will confirm the account has been removed from bank feeds this account will no longer receive transaction data in xero failed disconnection if the disconnection fails, a pop up will display the reason for the failure if the error is unable to authenticate to xero , please re authenticate the connection using the steps outlined in the re authentication guide and ensure you connect to the correct company associated with these accounts once you have successfully re authenticated, return to the bank feeds setup page and retry the disconnection steps if you are still unable to disconnect the account after this, please contact our support team for further assistance managing outdated accounts if you've updated the account mappings on the account matching page for accounts that are connected to bank feeds, this will impact your bank feeds setup you'll need to first disconnect those remapped accounts from bank feeds and then re conenct them if you would like to receive bank feeds data for those accounts on the bank feeds setup page, these accounts will appear as 'outdated accounts' , indicated by a warning icon you can also use the 'outdated accounts' filter to quickly locate them step 1 disconnect outdated accounts connection follow steps 2 and 3 outlined in the https //support fispan com/jpmorgan/disconnect bank feeds xero section above to disconnect these outdated accounts step 2 re enable connection for outdated accounts once disconnected, follow the enabling bank feeds steps listed https //support fispan com/jpmorgan/enabling bank feeds xero to reconnect the accounts and resume receiving transaction data facing errors while disconnecting accounts for bank feeds? check this https //support fispan com/jpmorgan/faq xero#rvasq
