Remittance Advice (NetSuite)
There are two different Remittance Products available for CNB clients. First is the FISPAN Remittance Advice and the second is the CNB Remittance Advice product. This page can help determine the best remittance product for your organization.
With CNB’s remittance advice, you will no longer have to manually send vendors remittance details of payments made through the plugin for ACH and Wire payments.
Speak with your CNB Sales Representative to add remittance advice to the EASI Link Connector.
Once a vendor is setup in the plugin with the required information, such as a valid email address, the system will automatically compose and send an email to your vendor with your company name, total amount paid, invoice date(s), reference number, and invoice memos(s), giving your team back that time for other value-add tasks
The information on the remittance advice will include: your company, the vendor company name, total amount paid, invoice date(s), invoice number(s), and invoice memo(s) if applicable.

Click Lists → Relationships → Vendors.
Open the Vendor page in Edit mode.
Adding one email: Input the email in the native NetSuite Vendor information email field. Depending on the form you are using, this email field may appear inside the Information tab as seen in the screenshot below.
Adding multiple email addresses: If your vendor requires remittance advice to be sent to multiple recipients, click on the CNB tab in the Vendor record and enter comma or semicolon separated email addresses in the CNB Payables Email Addresses field.
For the CNB Remittance Advice, please follow these guidelines:
Domestic/International ACH:
- Add up to two emails separated by semi-colon, 128 character limit
Domestic/International Wire:
- Add emails separated by semi-colon, 128 character limit

When will the Remittance Advice be sent? | After this service has been enabled, it may take up to 24 hours for remittance advices to automatically be sent. Remittance advice will be sent after your payment has been successfully transmitted to FISPAN and CNB. |
Can I receive a copy of the remittance advice email? | Yes, a copy of the remittance advice email can be sent by adding your email to the vendor email fields. |
How do I opt-in to this feature? | If you would like to add remittance advice to your plugin please speak to your bank representative. |
