Remittance Advice (NetSuite)
There are two NetSuite Remittance product options available for CNB clients. Both integrate with the FISPAN plugin to automatically compose and send email notifications to your vendors regarding invoice payments.
To determine which option works best for your situation, there are some subtle differences regarding the setup, and if you want to send the remittance advice to multiple email addresses:
FISPAN Remittance Advice
Each remittance email can be sent to up to 5 email addresses.
CNB Remittance Advice
Recipient limits for this option are based on payment type and character count:
- For Domestic/International ACH, you can add up to two emails separated by a semi-colon, with a 128-character limit total for all email addresses added together.
- For Domestic/International Wire, you can add additional emails separated by a semi-colon, 128 character limit total for all email addresses added together.
