Enabling Check Images (Intacct)

with the check images addition to balances & transactions, gain greater transparency and understanding of your paid bills you can now view the paid check images that are associated with a transaction enabling check images if you are already entitled to check images with cnb , intacct will automatically display check images once you update the easi link connector plugin (cnb pay bundle) if you do not have check images entitled with cnb , speak with your sales officer to add this to your connection viewing check images step 1 open the balances & transactions page navigate to applications → your bank → balances & transactions step 2 open the bank account details page select an account from the account summary page by clicking on the account name or “ view ” step 3 open a check transaction click on “ view ” under the details column for a check transaction to open up the transaction details window step 4 view check images the images will display for paid checks that have cleared your bank account if there is a check image associated with this transaction, it will display one thumbnail each for the front and back to take a closer look at the check images click “ view front ” to open the front of the check in a new tab click “ view back ” to open the back of the check in a new tab note if there is no check image associated with this transaction, thumbnails and links will not be visible in the transaction details window
