Positive Pay Cancellations (Intacct)
The Positive Pay Cancellations feature is where you can cancel Positive Pay payment methods.
Step 1: Navigate to Payment Cancellation
Go to the Payment Cancellations module.

Step 2: Select Payment to Cancel
View and select the payment you wish to cancel. You have the option to View Details of the payment before proceeding with the cancellation.

Step 3: Initiate Cancellation
Once you have selected the desired payment, click Cancel Payment.

Step 4: Provide Cancellation Reason
After selecting Cancel Payment, a pop-up window will appear. You need to enter the cancellation reason in the provided field.

Step 5: Confirmation and Status Update
After submitting the cancellation reason, a Cancellation request sent confirmation will appear.

You are now able to view the payment cancellation.
View Cancelled Payment
The payment status will also be updated on the Payments History page.
