In Intacct: Go to **Company → Setup tab →** **Company**.

Under the **Security tab **in the **Web Services Authorizations** section, click **Edit** at the top right and then click** Add **to add each of the following **Sender IDs**:

- **ajax**
- **FI.SPAN MPP**

Then, click **Save.**
