Bank Account Re-Authentication (NetSuite)
after completing the initial plugin installation and setup, you must re authenticate your bank accounts every six months this ensures that your balances & transactions and bank feeds remain updated if you’re setting up the plugin for the first time, you will have already completed this log in to portal head to the https //sys fispan live/login used during your initial registration enter the email address and password you used to register your account go to authentication locate netsuite in your dashboard click the three dots (options menu) beside it and select bank authentication initiate reconnection on the next page, click reconnect to bank this will open a new secure window for your pnc login authenticate accounts enter the pnc credentials provided by the bank into the secure portal once logged in, a list of pnc accounts will appear check the box(es) next to the account numbers that were included on your enrollment form, then click authorize success! the window will close automatically after a few moments, and your bank account will be successfully re authenticated
