Wire) Auto FX payments are used to move funds across the globe. The source currency can be in any of the supported currencies. For NetSuite users, the Entity Bank Details bundle is **required** to process International Wire payments through the plugin.  *** ## Vendor & Bill Requirements To prevent payment delays or returns, all payments are required to have the following requirements: :::::WorkflowBlock ::::WorkflowBlockItem ### Vendor Record The Entity's full legal name, address, and phone number must be accurately populated on the Vendor record. :::hint{type="info"} **NOTE: **If the Beneficiary is an individual, avoid the use of initials in the vendor's name to help avoid processing delays. ::: PO box numbers are not accepted. :::: :::WorkflowBlockItem ### Billing Address and Location The Vendor, Entity, and Bill Bank Account Addresses (stored in the FISPAN Bank Details bundle) must be located in the country of destination. If an entity has multiple bank accounts stored, then the address of the Bill must match the destination bank account country.  The **Name **and** Address **of the destination bank should be entered on the Bank Account record. ::: :::WorkflowBlockItem ### Currency The** Currency** of the Bill and the destination bank account must be in USD or the destination country's local currency.
