To set permissions for user roles, follow these steps.

### Select Users

In your Business Central account, search for and select** Users**.

Find the user you would like to grant access to the plugin and select **Edit**.

### Add Permission Sets

Scroll down to **User Permission Sets **and select the three dots within the text box to open the **Permission Set Lookup**.

Find and add the following Permission Sets as needed:

- **KEYBV3BF - **Allows users to utilize bank feeds.
- **KEYBV3CORE - **Required for any user using the Plugin.
- **KEYBV3FULL - **Allows users full access to the Plugin.
- **KEYBV3PB - **Allows users to make payments through the Pay Invoices page.
- **KEYBV3PM** - Allows users to access the Payment Methods page.
- **KEYBV3RR - **Allows users to view balances and transactions on the Bank Statements page.
- **KEYBV3A2A - **Allows users to access Account-to-Account transfers.
- **KEYBV3BANACC - **Allows users to view and manage bank account information.
- **KEYBV3PAYAPPR - **Allows users to approve or reject pending payment requests.
- **KEYBV3POSPAY - **Allows users to generate and transmit check Positive Pay files to prevent check fraud. 
- **KEYBV3VENAPPR - **Required approval before any additions, edits, or deletions to vendor banking information take effect.

Once all necessary Permission Sets have been added, confirm that the page has been saved.

Please ensure that **KEYBV3CORE** is granted to all plugin and non-plugin users that use records the plugin interacts with i.e. Bank Accounts, Vendors, etc. 

This **does not** give non-plugin users access to the plugin pages. /
