The Workday integration supports multiple companies. In Workday, a **Company** is a legal entity. Every bank account and supplier invoice belongs to one Company, and each supplier can be used by one or more companies.

During installation, your Admin chooses which companies to connect in [Step 9: Company Selection (Workday)](docId\:skH7dJteC4UaeEgMVYlTp). Only those companies sync to FISPAN. Data from companies that weren’t selected is never sent to FISPAN and doesn’t appear anywhere in the integration.

## Bank Feeds

Bank Feeds is available for bank accounts from the companies your Admin connected during installation.

### Key Updates

- **Account Matching:** Only Workday bank accounts from the connected companies are available to match with your bank accounts.
- **Bank Feeds Setup:** Bank Feeds can only be enabled for accounts from the connected companies. Bank statements import into the Workday company that owns each account.

### Limitation

**Bank accounts from other companies** don’t appear in Account Matching. To connect one, ask your Admin to add its company.

## FISPAN Sync

FISPAN Sync shows your data by company. You can work with one company at a time or with all of them together.

### Company Selector

The company selector at the top of the dashboard, next to the FISPAN Sync menu, shows which company you’re viewing.

To switch companies:

1. Select the company selector at the top of the dashboard.
2. Choose **All Companies** or a single company.
3. The dashboard updates to show only the data for your selection.

### Key Updates

- **Supplier Invoices:** Only open supplier invoices from the company you’re viewing are listed.
- **Suppliers:** Only suppliers used by the company you’re viewing are listed.
- **All Companies:** Shows data from every company your Admin connected during installation, not every company in your Workday tenant.
- **Selection Reset:** Your company selection resets each time you log out, and the dashboard opens on **All Companies** when you log back in. This lets you work on different companies in separate browser tabs.

### Limitations

- **Shared Suppliers:** A supplier can be used by more than one company. Changes you make in FISPAN Sync to a shared supplier, such as adding an address, apply to every company that uses it.
- **Suppliers:** Only suppliers used by the company you’re viewing are listed. In Workday, a supplier’s companies are set in the **Restricted Companies for Supplier Contacts** field (supplier profile -> **Contracts and Purchase Orders** -> **Procurement Setup** -> **Invoicing Options**). If that field is empty, the supplier is available to every company and appears under each one.

- **Missing Companies:** If a company you work with isn’t in the company selector, ask your Admin to add it.
