Step 1: Invitation Email (Workday)
Ready to get started? Check your inbox for the invitation email and install your plugin now.
Step 2: Register & Login (Workday)
Learn how to set up your Portal account and alternative methods of multi-factor authentication, such as SMS, authenticator, or email, with the help of this guide.
Step 3: Select Install (Workday)
Install the Intacct ERP box to open the installation wizard.
Step 4: Overview (Workday)
The first page on the installation wizard includes an overview of the installation process. Once ready, toggle the Pre-Onboarding Checklist and click Get Started .
Step 5: Permissions (Workday)
You will need to grant permission to read your Workday record. Select the checkmark, and select Agree .
Step 6: Register API Client
To establish a secure and functional connection between and Workday, you must register an API client within your Workday environment. This process generates unique and secure credentials (Client ID and Client Secret) that serve as the connection's identity, allowing it to access required Workday data safely and with the proper authorization.
Step 7: Authenticate with Workday
The Authentication step in the installation wizard continues our effort in connecting to your Workday environment. Select " Connect To Workday " to proceed.
Step 8: Connection Status (Workday)
Wait for the connection check to turn green. Here, we are confirming the credentials that you have provided are accurate.
Step 9: Account Matching (Workday)
Next, the Onboarding Wizard will fetch bank accounts from your Workday environment. This may take a few minutes; please do not leave the page while it processes.
Step 10: Enable Bank Feeds (Workday)
Bank Feeds allow for your settled bank transactions to automatically flow into Workday's Bank Reconciliation module for reconciliation, removing the need to export and import bank statements manually. Follow these steps in the to enable Bank Feeds for Workday.
Step 11: Post-Onboarding Checklist (Workday)
Congratulations! You have successfully connected your Workday environment to the plugin.
