A Real-Time Payments (RTP) is a payment type designed for immediate clearing and settlement with 24/7/365 availability. It allows clients to make real-time payments through Citizens ERPConnect without leaving their ERP.

## Vendor Record and Bill Requirements

Please include the following required information for all Payments to avoid potential delays or returns.

1. The Entity's full name, address, and phone number are expected to be populated on the Vendor record.
2. The Entity and Bill (where applicable) Billing Addresses must reside in the country of destination, matching the Entity Bank Details record.
3. The currency of the Vendor Bill must be in USD.
