There are scripts within some third-party plugins that may interfere with the ERPConnect plugin’s ability to run, or it may complicate the payment flow. We recommend this is tested in your sandbox environment and ask you to complete a refresh so that your production environment is mirrored exactly in sandbox. ::: :::ExpandableHeading ### Does ERPConnect provide an embedded experience in Xero and QuickBooks? An embedded experience is not available for Xero or QuickBooks at this time. For these ERPs, ERPConnect is a companion web application (“companion app”) that users log in to with a set of credentials separate from your ERP. ::: :::ExpandableHeading ### How can we use ERPConnect for reconciliation with Xero or QuickBooks? Information Reporting details for Citizens accounts are presented in the ERPConnect companion app. Prior Day and Current Day balances and transactions can be manually exported from the companion app and imported into Xero/QuickBooks. ::: :::ExpandableHeading ### What are ERPConnect hardware and software requirements for the Companion App? The offboarding process is simple. Your ERP Administrator would need to uninstall the bundle that was installed in your ERP during the implementation process. ::: :::ExpandableHeading ### Will we have access to historical data in our ERP if we stop using ERPConnect? The Citizens pages within your ERP will be deleted – this includes the history page and the Citizens tab on vendor bills. You will still have access to the bill payments created through the plugin (i.e., there are no changes to your general ledger). :::
